The Duskwing is a 10’6” single layer hammock with symmetrical integrated bug net. The bug net is retractable and stows in a stuff sack on the end of the ridgeline. The bug net is not removable. With 2 pairs of zipper sliders the hammock can be entered from either side.
Made with HyperD 1.6 nylon and .9oz No-See-Um bug mesh, it has a weight capacity of 275lbs.
The Duskwing package includes a fixed ridgeline, ridgeline organizer, cinch buckle suspension, 14’ tree straps, and a double ended stuff sack. When you’ve confirmed your options and added your hammock to the cart you’ll have the option to select colors for the hammock body, accessories, bug netting, thread and tieouts.
Weight:
Zipper coil size is dependent on preference. The #3 will be slightly lighter. The #5 is more durable at a minimal weight penalty and is the option used in all stock Duskwing hammocks.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for custom hammocks. Unfortunately I can’t guarantee availability of all colors at all times. I do my best to keep the options current but occasionally colors are temporarily unavailable. In the rare circumstance that the color you selected is unavailable or its availability will delay your order, I will contact you to change colors, establish when the desired color will be available, or provide you with a refund.
